Use (+) NOT (00) when you send SMS abroad.
One Mobile can not roam - you dont have to worry about it going to other networks or coutries, it is not possible.

The airtime/topup and simcard is valid for 8 months and can be exteded by topping up.
95% of all problems are solved by one of following steps:
1. check your balance via sms. (see procedure further down).
2. Call your phone from another phone.
3. powercycle the phone (turn off and turn on again)
4. take out the battery and put it back.
The new simcards are pincode protected.
In case you enter the wrong pincode 3 times your simcard is blocked.
You will then need a PUK code to unlock it.
The puk code is available with oneMobile customer service during office hours.
Alternatively: send phone number, ICC number and pincode number to support at ditlevditlevsen.com we will then send you the puk code when we can reach onemobile customer service - and send the puk code back to you.
The balance info system speaks only Danish, and I dont understand Danish:

I just bought a topup code, but it is invalid:
Please be aware that the service provided is on a very low budget and many participate on philantropic basis. The main interest is to provide seafarers with a cheap way of calling home.
Pls double check the code before you claim it is not working.
During poor coverage (specially on sunny / warm days) you can sometimes experience that you dont know if the code was accepted or not - and when you try again the voice menu says the code is invalid or alike.
Check you balance via the free sms feature to establish if the balance was entered on first attempt.
In rare occations there is an error in the code - contact DitlevDitlevsen.com support on +45 7117 0801.
If it is an error from our side it will be corrected within minutes.
If it is an error from OneMobile side it will be corrected within minutes during OneMobile office hours.
When we check the code via OneMobile we get the phonenumber on which it was used and the exact time and date.
NB: During the past 6 months there has been NO faults in the codes from One Mobile side - all codes have been working - but there has been about 50 incidents where the topup code was already used and less than 5 where it was an error from our side. Every code is double checked before sent out from here.
OneMobile deducts balance - but I did not make any paid activity!:
The balance system is not 100% realtime.
Specially sms and internet use is delayed.
Examples of up to 24 hours have been registered, a lot less is normal though.
My phone says "No network coverage":
You are out of airtime and sometimes it just locks on that,
Powercycle your phone and try to call it from another phone to get out of the situation.
I cant topup my phone since it is out of load/airtime:
The topup number 80 60 00 66 is free to call, you can call even without load/balance on.
If you can't make a call at all:
Try to call the phone from another phone - or topup the phone from another handset (you can topup another phonenumber).
My balance was deducted since I checked it last time - and I did not make any calls in between:
This could be due to one or more of following reasons:
- you made a missed call or called but did not get connected - pls note the dial up fee of 1 Dkk everytime you hit the dial button, connected or not.
- you have a smart-phone which is checking for updates etc on the internet, maybe without your knowledge. Check your phone settings.
- in rare occations you have spend the balance before the system could deduct your internet use.
next time you topup the "old bill" is being deducted.
The Booster load is not being accepted by the topup system (Booster is frm, dec 2010, no longer available):
The Booster system is a separate system - you need to call the Booster access number and press 2# to select Booster topup.
The Booster number is found in the Booster Manual you got with your simcard.
How do I use the SMS balance feature ?:
The One Mobile simcard creates a special icon in the menu of your phone.
The ikon looks like a simcard.
Locate the icon (see picture1).
Select / open the ikon
Select "Saldo" (see picture 2).
Get out of the menu system again.
Wait for the free sms with the balance info (see picture 3).
The language is still Danish - but the value is there (in Dkk).
(The simcards are "born" with 35Dkk value).
(A standard topup has 100Dkk value).
I tried to do as described, but when I select Saldo I get an "error 4002" or alike:
